Stainless steel mobile equipment stand

02 Product description
Your instrument, mobile around the cleanroom
Tube welding devices, peristaltic pumps and similar instruments for single-use bioprocessing are often not designed to be moved between workstations. A mobile stand solves that: the device stays fixed on the plate, and you simply wheel the whole assembly to wherever you currently need it.
The frame is fully welded from stainless tube, with no sharp edges. The top plate is flat and edge-free, with dimensions matched to the device you will place on it – whether that's a tube welding device such as the Sartorius BioWelder TC, a peristaltic pump, or another mobile instrument. The castors are swivel type, with at least two fitted with a brake for stable standstill while working with the device.

Tell us which device you'll be placing on it (and its dimensions or mounting points, if relevant), and we'll design a stand that fits it exactly. We prepare a proposal with a 3D model (STEP) before manufacture.

Choose the right version
We adapt the material and finish to the aggressiveness of the cleaning agents and the required hygiene.
For more demanding environments
Added molybdenum increases resistance to chlorides and aggressive disinfectants, suitable for pharma and sterile zones.
Brushed or polished
A brushed surface (Scotch-Brite) for robust use, or mirror polished (Ra ≤ 0.8) for the highest hygiene.
