Every delivery is accompanied by a certificate of compliance EN 10204 3.1 and a serial number, enabling you to have fully documented traceability from the foundry to the final product in your cleanroom.
FORMING AND JOINING TECHNOLOGIES

CNC LASER CUTTING
Enables automated cuts with 0.01 mm precision and minimal thermal deformation, which shortens weld polishing time.

CNC SHEET METAL BENDING
The use of computer-controlled bending machinery ensures excellent repeatability and perfect angles in mass production as well as custom equipment manufacturing.

TIG AND LASER WELDING
Using advanced welding methods, we produce clean, non-porous welds that are subsequently fully ground. As a result, there are no crevices on the surface where microorganisms could accumulate.

FULLY WELDED CONSTRUCTION
All joints are continuous. We only use screws if structural requirements dictate otherwise, such as with modular shelving or aluminum constructions.
SURFACE FINISHES

3M SCOTCH-BRITE BRUSHED SATIN
A satin appearance that provides a fine, uniform matte texture. It effectively conceals minor scratches and is highly practical for regular cleaning.

HIGH-GLOSS MIRROR POLISHING
A mirror-like surface with Ra < 0,8 µm. Contaminants and bacteria find it extremely difficult to adhere, making the cleaning process much faster.

ELECTROPOLISHING
An electrochemical process that further smoothes micro-roughness. It enhances the passive layer and extends the lifespan of stainless steel in aggressive environments.

PASSIVATION
A chemical treatment applied after welding that restores the chromium oxide passive film and eliminates potential contaminants from the welding or grinding process.
VINOKS QUALITY CONTROL AND TESTING
An advanced combination of certified stainless steel alloys, aluminum, and state-of-the-art machining allows us to manufacture furniture that easily withstands daily sterilization cycles, aggressive cleaning agents, and long-term mechanical stress, all in full compliance with GMP and ISO 14644 requirements.
DIMENSIONAL CONTROL
With measuring arms and laser systems according to ISO tolerances.
STABILITY AND LOAD TESTING
For shelving, tables, and trolleys, we test the actual process loads.
TIGHTNESS TESTING (UPON REQUEST)
For closed drawer systems or vessels that will be in contact with fluids under pressure.
VISUAL WELD INSPECTION
Under 10x microscopic magnification to completely rule out cracks and pores.
OUR REFERENCES
INDUSTRY GIANTS TRUST VINOKS EQUIPMENT.

Our polished stainless steel solutions have become an indispensable part of the most demanding cleanrooms in Slovenia and beyond over the last two decades. Specialized cabinets, worktables, trolleys, and custom modular structures have been serving for years in sterile storage rooms and laboratories, on the production lines of Lek and the parent corporation Novartis, as well as in high-tech facilities of Sandoz. In all these projects, we combined precise on-site measurements, advanced metal processing techniques, and full traceability of certified materials, which is why clients received equipment that immediately passes validation checks according to GMP and ISO 14644 standards.
HOW WE SUCCEEDED
The common denominator of all our references is a fast response time and a comprehensive approach that includes 3D models, IQ OQ documentation, and sterile installation, after which we leave the space completely clean and ready for immediate use.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT CUSTOM STAINLESS STEEL TROLLEYS, TABLES, AND CABINETS
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Vse, kar vas zanima o inox vozičkih, mizah in omarah po meri.
AISI 304 or AISI 316L, which stainless steel should you choose for a cleanroom?
AISI 304 is an excellent universal choice, but in environments with chlorides and more aggressive cleaning agents, AISI 316L is a significantly safer option because the addition of molybdenum makes it highly resistant to pitting corrosion. For critical applications such as frequent disinfection, VHP decontamination, or exposure to salt mist, 316L is typically preferred, while 304 is suitable where chloride exposure is minimal and environmental conditions remain stable.
Is electropolished stainless steel truly more hygienic?
Yes. Electropolishing is an electrochemical process that simultaneously smoothes micro-roughness reducing the Ra value and passivates the surface by removing free iron and enhancing corrosion resistance. This results in a smooth non-sticky surface that is easier to clean and significantly less prone to retaining biofilm or particulate matter. The process and testing protocols are covered under the ASTM B912 standard, and research consistently confirms a notable reduction in Ra following the electropolishing of 316L stainless steel.
What surface roughness (Ra) is recommended for cleanroom equipment?
In hygienic design, a threshold of Ra ≤ 0,8 μm is commonly used because this level of smoothness is proven to aid in cleanability and cleaning validation. Even lower values achieved through electropolishing further facilitate sterilization. In practice, the goal is to achieve the smoothest functionally optimal surface required for the specific process.
Is stainless steel compatible with VHP (vaporized hydrogen peroxide) decontamination?
Yes. Industrial practice shows excellent compatibility of VHP with 300 series stainless steel (304 and 316L) as well as aluminum, provided that correct procedures and sealing materials are selected. For repeated cycles, 316L is typically more robust due to its superior corrosion resistance.
How do I properly clean polished stainless steel furniture to avoid damaging the surface?
Use non-corrosive, non-acidic, and chloride-free detergents, rinse with plenty of clean water, and if necessary, wipe dry with single-use cleanroom wipers. Avoid abrasives and long-term contact with concentrated chlorides such as hypochlorite, as they accelerate pitting corrosion, especially on 304 stainless steel. If you must use them, minimize the concentration, limit exposure time, and perform a thorough rinse with water.
Do you provide ESD or antistatic castors for trolleys?
Yes. In cleanrooms antistatic (ESD) castors reduce static buildup, thereby attracting fewer dust particles while simultaneously protecting sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge. The right choice of wheels ensures smooth, quiet, and low-particle movement of the equipment.
Can you install equipment without drilling into floors or walls?
Of course. When facility standards or validation protocols prohibit drilling, we utilize special clamps and self-supporting structures that do not damage the room envelope. This is frequently required in GMP environments and validated zones, and it is fully included in our standard suite of solutions.
When should you choose aluminum over stainless steel (e.g. for drawers in -80°C freezers)?
Aluminum has significantly higher thermal conductivity (≈205–235 W/mK) than stainless steel (≈15–25 W/mK), which is why aluminum drawers are frequently used in refrigeration and ultra-low temperature (ULT) equipment. They transfer heat faster, are lighter, and put less strain on mechanical systems at low temperatures. However, for highly corrosive zones, 316L stainless steel remains the most robust choice.
What does it mean for equipment to be ISO 14644 compliant and how does it affect furniture design?
ISO 14644-1 specifies air cleanliness classification by particle concentration (ISO 1 to 9). If you want to consistently achieve for example ISO 7 to 8, the furniture must also be designed without particle traps: fully welded joints, rounded edges, smooth surfaces, easy cleaning, and minimal particle generation during movement (castors and seals).
What documentation do I receive upon delivery and how do you support validation?
Prior to manufacturing, we prepare 3D models (STEP) and technical drawings (PDF/DWG). Upon delivery, you receive material certificates ensuring batch traceability, processing records such as passivation according to ASTM A967 or electropolishing according to ASTM B912, and IQ/OQ support if required. The goal is to ensure the equipment seamlessly passes internal and external audits.
