In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), this notice explains which personal data is collected when you visit vinoks.si, for what purposes, on what legal basis, and how that data is protected.

What personal data do we process?

vinoks.si does not automatically collect any visitor data — the Website does not use cookies or analytics tools. We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it via the contact form or by email. In such cases we may process:

• first and last name,

• phone number,
• the content of your message (text, floor plans, technical descriptions, etc.),
• your IP address (for security logging of form submissions).

Purpose of processing

We use your personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

• preparing an informational quote,
• arranging a site visit, consultation, or project delivery,

• data from completed projects: as required by law (e.g. tax legislation: 10 years),

We do not disclose your personal data to third parties, except where legally required (e.g. tax authorities) or where we work with trusted contractual partners to deliver a project (e.g. delivery, installation).
