02 Product description
Filters held securely, the cart wherever you need it
Capsule (cartridge) filters are widely used in sterile filtration and clarification of biological products, cell and gene therapies and pharmaceutical solutions — often right before filling, or during process fluid clean-up steps. Since they need to stay accessible, visible and easy to swap out during the process, we mount them on a mobile stainless steel cart that can be wheeled straight to the bioreactor or filling line.
The frame is fully welded from stainless tube, with no sharp edges or gaps where particles could collect. Open holders are shaped to the diameter of your filter capsules, so the filters are held firmly during operation while staying accessible for quick inspection and replacement. Quiet ESD antistatic castors allow low-particle movement between cleanroom zones.
Matched to your filtration equipment
Tell us the brand and diameter of the capsule filters you use, the number of filter positions you need (in series or in parallel) and how the tubing runs between them. We match the holders and cart height exactly to that equipment. We prepare a proposal with a 3D model (STEP) before manufacture.

Added molybdenum increases resistance to chlorides and aggressive disinfectants, suitable for pharma and sterile zones.
