02 Product description
A reliable workhorse for any cleanroom
When you need a simple, sturdy trolley for general transport of materials, tools or finished parts, a design without drawers or moving mechanisms is the most reliable choice. Solid shelves give stable support for larger or heavier items, and the construction is built for high load capacity.
The frame is fully welded from stainless tube, with no sharp edges. Shelf count and spacing are matched to your equipment, and on request we add a raised edge rail to any shelf or the top surface so items don't slide off during transport. An optional push handle is available for easier handling. Every dimension is fully adjustable.
Everything by agreement
Width, depth, height, shelf count, load capacity and any edge rails or handle are defined together based on your process. We prepare a proposal with a 3D model (STEP) before manufacture.

Choose the right version
We adapt the material and finish to the aggressiveness of the cleaning agents and the required hygiene.
For more demanding environments
Added molybdenum increases resistance to chlorides and aggressive disinfectants, suitable for pharma and sterile zones.
Brushed or polished
A brushed surface (Scotch-Brite) for robust use, or mirror polished (Ra ≤ 0.8) for the highest hygiene.
