Stainless steel wall hose holder
A wall holder that keeps flexible process hoses tidy and off the floor when not in use. U-shaped cradles support the hose from below without pinching or kinking it, which extends its service life. The mounting plate is fully welded and fixed to the wall with screws; the number of hose slots is matched to your station.

02 Product description
Hoses off the floor, always in their place
Flexible hoses that are regularly connected and disconnected (CIP/SIP stations, sterile filtration, process lines) need a tidy place to "park" when not in use. Leaving hoses on the floor or hanging loose from the fitting increases the risk of contamination, damage and unnecessary wear.
The holder consists of a fully welded mounting plate and U-shaped cradles that support the hose from below, with no sharp edges that could damage it. The plate is screw-mounted to the wall, and the number and spacing of hose slots is matched to your station and the diameter of the hoses you use.
Slot count and dimensions made to measure
The number of hose slots, their spacing and the size of the U-cradles are matched to the diameter of your hoses and the available wall space. We prepare a proposal with a 3D model (STEP) before manufacture.

For more demanding environments
Added molybdenum increases resistance to chlorides and aggressive disinfectants, suitable for pharma and sterile zones.
Brushed or polished
A brushed surface (Scotch-Brite) for robust use, or mirror polished (Ra ≤ 0.8) for the highest hygiene.
