Manufactured from AISI 304 or AISI 316L stainless steel, with a choice between a brushed (Scotch-Brite) or polished (mirror finish) surface treatment. The polished finish ensures smooth, micro-roughness-free surfaces that prevent the accumulation of dust, bacteria, and contaminants, making it easier to maintain sterile conditions in GMP-compliant environments.

CUSTOMIZATION AND TAILORED DESIGN

Every trolley can be custom-made to user specifications – with adjustable dimensions and a choice of shelf counts, handles, locks, guardrails, labels, and other functional accessories. Prior to manufacturing, 3D models can be provided (STEP, DWG, PDF). After production, performance testing is carried out, including stability, seal integrity, and SOP-compliant cleaning procedures. On-site installation is available even in operational cleanrooms, adhering strictly to all hygiene and validation requirements.
